'I'd never had a doula before, but having Sarah as my Doula for the birth of my second little girl was the best decision I ever made, she made my pregnancy easy in times of frustration, pain and high emotion. After having my first little girl, all the drugs and horrible experience, I was so super scared but with Sarah's encouragement and positivity I went from scared to pure excitement to meet my little bundle. I would recommend Sarah to anyone, a pleasure to have guiding me, and I will definitely have her with me again when I have another. 5* doula service and support.'

'Sarah was incredibly supportive in the lead up to the birth of our daughter, and even attended hospital appointments and the acupuncturist with me. Sarah helped give me the confidence to question the doctors when I wasn't happy with what they were telling me I had to do (induction - because I was 'overdue') but without putting words into my mouth. She helped me to compose myself and stay calm during some difficult conversations. I wanted a 100% natural home birth, with no interventions, and I got it!! I honestly couldn't say that I would have got it had it not been for the support Sarah provided, before, during, and after the birth I would highly recommend 'Sarah the Doula' as she is so affectionately referred to in our home.'

'Sarah was amazing before, during and after the birth of our daughter P. There were some unexpected complications in the days leading up to the birth meaning we had to alter our plans. Sarah helped us cope well with these changes and kept us calm throughout the process. Having her at the birth meant she could talk to the professionals and deal with practical concerns leaving my husband to purely be with me. She also gave me amazing back massage throughout and kept encouraging me with supportive words which increased my confidence. After the birth I had some trouble with breastfeeding and Sarah was able to point me in the right direction of people who could help. She also did a lovely "closing the bones" session a few weeks after the birth which was a special time to celebrate the end of what my body had been through during the last 10 months. It was lovely to have Sarah at P's birth. My husband and I both felt supported at such a memorable time for us. We would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone considering a doula for their birth.'
