'Sarah closed my bones 4 days after my daughter was born. She came over to my house, on a Friday evening. I'd had a tough day, my milk had come in, baby was tongue tied (had the procedure booked for the following day, so was feeling quite anxious) and my emotions were all over the shop. Whilst I changed in to comfortable clothes, Sarah set up my living room. We had dim lighting, her wraps and scarves on the floor and when I came back in, the air was filled with gorgeous smelling essential oils. I felt instantly relaxed. I wasn't 100% sure what to expect from this session, but Sarah was really gentle and I was made to feel at ease straight away. After using the scarves to rock my hips and shoulders, she massaged my belly, pubic bones and hips. It felt so amazing- my insides were in need of some TLC. Afterwards, I was wrapped up (in what can only be described as an Egyptian mummy style cocoon). It felt tight, secure and I was thoroughly relaxed. This wasn't just a physical healing but an emotional and spiritual one also.'
